I was extremely pleased with the work you did cleaning my ten-year-old Pakistani rug after I spilled red wine on it. I can tell where the stain was, but no one else can. You really won me over, though, with the work you did on the rugs left to me by my grandmother thirty years ago. After the incredible reweaving, re-dyeing and cleaning you did on them, they look brand new, with vibrant colors and no clue as to where the repairs were made. No one seeing them for the first time would ever believe that they are both almost 100 years old and that they were in such bad shape when I sent them to you. I hope that 100 years from now you will still be caring for them!!

Hi Don, I meant to write this earlier...the rugs arrived Tuesday and they are BEAUTIFUL. I had forgotton how vibrant the colors originally were. Now I have to figure out a place to put them...they are too pretty to keep out of sight. Thank you so much for a great experience...it seemed too good to be true, but there were the same rugs I sent - beautifully washed! I was almost prepared to open up unfamiliar rugs. And it's great to know they are cleaned top to bottom. Thanks for all your help, Janet

Had a very old (and very dirty and abused!) oriental rug that needed cleaning. They did a great job... the rug was visibly cleaner and the colors of the rug more vibrant. They were also able to remove the musty smell. Free shipping and free scotchguard were a big bonus... great prices and friendly service! Erin Charichael

We had the same rug cleaned by someone else. You did a far better job than they did. It really came back cleaner. Packing up the rug was easy. Yes I'll tell my friends! UPS pick up was convenient.
